What is the return policy?

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. We recommend to provide your email, so once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. You may also track your order with the shop app, although we are still working to integrate our systems fully into the shop app.
How much does shipping cost?
We have two tiers of shipping, standard and expedited. Prices may vary based on your location. We are constantly running free shipping deals, in which you will not be able to select a shipping option, as the expedited shipping is automatically selected .
What is Cashmere?
Cashmere is a premium natural fiber sourced from the soft undercoat of cashmere goats. It’s known for its exceptional softness, lightweight warmth, and smooth texture. Finer than traditional wool, cashmere provides excellent insulation while remaining breathable, making it both comfortable and enduring when properly cared for.
How do we wash your products?
To preserve the quality of our pieces, we recommend gentle care. Cashmere and wool should be sent to a dry cleaner to preserve the quality of the fibers, as a washing machine may degrade them rapidly. Cotton and viscose can typically be machine washed on a gentle, cold cycle. Always avoid high heat and harsh detergents, as they can damage the fibers and affect the fit and feel over time.
